At the November 15, 2006 Town Board Meeting,
Eve Holberg, a representative from
peter j. smith and company, inc. gave a short presentation on the
Comprehensive Plan Update for the Town of New Hartford.
As Ms. Holberg explained to those in attendance at the Board Meeting, this is
basically the "bible" for future planning in the Town of New Hartford.
