The Online Property Assessment Program was developed to assist Town of New Hartford residents in comparing the assessment on their home with assessments on other homes that are similar in size and construction as a means for determining whether their assessment is fair. Currently, only residential properties are listed. Simply enter the house number and at least the first 3 or 4 letters of the street name and then click the 'Submit Search!' button. The next screen you see will be the information for that address including the inventory (# of bedrooms, baths, etc.), the square footage, the owner, the style of the home (colonial, ranch, etc.) and the assessment. You will be able to print the information by using 'Print this page!' For further information or to clarify any of the information in this program, please consult the Assessor's Department at 315-724-4323. The Trash & Brush Schedule and Guidelines Program was developed to assist residents in finding the schedules and guidelines for their specific area instead of having to search the Trash & Brush Schedule and Guidelines brochures mailed out each Spring. Just enter the first 3 or 4 letters of your street and you will get a page to print out and post in a convenient location.
